This summer, Kaleidoscope matched 26 foster youth in college with employers across Chicago to gain experience and build their networks in a 10-week internship program called Find Your Future (findyourfutureprogram.com). Additionally throughout the summer, Kaleidoscope and sponsors host career development workshops preparing youth for the real world of work.
